이 문서는 초안이며 시행 전 법률 검토를 거칠 예정입니다.
무지개 들판에 남겨 주시는 기록은 한 가족의 가장 소중한 기억입니다. 캡슐 26(이하 “운영자”)은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 꼭 필요한 정보만 받고, 받은 정보는 조심스럽게 다룹니다. 광고를 싣지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
운영자는 다음 목적을 위해서만 개인정보를 처리합니다.
- 회원 식별과 로그인: 이메일 로그인 링크 발송, 본인 확인, 계정 관리
- 추모 서비스 제공: 아이 기록, 추억, 아이 물건 사진, 편지의 저장과 표시, 공유 링크와 가족 공동 관리 기능 제공, 추억 페이지 내려받기
- 알림: 회원이 등록한 아이의 기념일 알림 이메일 발송
- 서비스 보호: 빛 보내기의 반복·자동화 남용 방지, 부정 이용 방지, 문의 및 신고 처리
- 서비스 운영: 장애 대응, 보안 점검, 서비스 개선
2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목

3D 들판 화면을 열어 두는 동안에는 다른 방문자와 함께 있는 느낌을 주기 위해 이름 없는 대략적인 위치 정보가 실시간으로 공유됩니다. 이 정보는 이용자를 식별하지 않으며, 저장되지 않고 화면을 닫으면 사라집니다.
운영자는 주민등록번호, 결제 정보 등 민감하거나 불필요한 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앞으로 유료 상품을 제공하게 되면 그때 필요한 항목을 이 방침에 추가하고 미리 알립니다.
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 운영자는 회원이 해당 기록을 삭제하거나 탈퇴할 때까지 개인정보를 보유합니다.
- 탈퇴하면 계정과 회원이 보호자로 등록한 모든 기록과 사진이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 시스템 백업에 남은 사본은 최대 7일 이내에 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 빛 보내기 기록은 해당 아이 기록이 삭제될 때 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 관련 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보가 생기는 경우(예: 유료 상품 도입 시 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 거래 기록), 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 분리하여 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
회원이 아이 기록을 ‘전체 공개’ 또는 ‘링크 공개’로 설정하면, 그 기록은 회원의 선택에 따라 다른 이용자에게 보입니다. 편지와 추억은 공개 범위와 관계없이 보호자와 초대받은 가족 구성원만 볼 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전
운영자는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하고 있으며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외로 이전되거나 국외 업체가 처리합니다. 이는 이용 계약의 이행에 필요한 처리로서 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 이 방침에 공개합니다.

- 이전 시기 및 방법: 서비스 이용 시점에 암호화된 네트워크(HTTPS)를 통해 수시로 전송됩니다.
- 이전받는 자의 개인정보 관련 연락처: Supabase [연락처 확인 필요], Vercel [연락처 확인 필요], Resend [연락처 확인 필요]
- 거부 방법 및 효과: 위 처리는 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요하므로, 원하지 않으시면 가입하지 않거나 탈퇴하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
운영자는 위탁 계약 등을 통해 수탁자가 개인정보를 위탁 목적 외로 처리하지 않도록 하고, 안전하게 관리하는지 확인합니다. 수탁자나 위탁 업무가 바뀌면 이 방침을 통해 알립니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
- 회원이 기록을 삭제하거나 탈퇴하면 해당 정보와 사진 파일을 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 백업 사본은 백업 보존 주기(최대 7일)에 따라 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
- 운영자는 개인정보를 종이 문서로 보관하지 않습니다.
7. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 대부분은 서비스 안에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다. 아이 기록과 추억, 편지는 언제든 수정·삭제할 수 있고, 추억 페이지를 내려받아 내 기록을 확인할 수 있으며, 계정 삭제(탈퇴)로 모든 정보를 지울 수 있습니다.
- 그 밖의 요청이나 기념일 알림 중단 요청은 [문의 이메일]로 보내 주세요. 운영자는 본인 확인 후 지체 없이, 늦어도 10일 이내에 조치하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
- 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 분을 통해서도 권리를 행사하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 위임 사실을 확인할 수 있는 자료를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 회원으로 가입할 수 없으며, 만 14세 미만의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
8. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부
- 서비스는 로그인 상태 유지와 화면 설정을 위해 브라우저의 localStorage와 쿠키를 사용합니다. 광고나 행태 추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
- 브라우저 설정에서 저장된 데이터를 지우거나 저장을 막을 수 있습니다. 이 경우 로그인 상태가 유지되지 않거나 설정이 초기화될 수 있습니다.
9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신을 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 저장된 데이터는 처리 위탁 업체의 인프라에서 암호화되어 보관됩니다.
- 데이터베이스 접근 권한 규칙(행 수준 보안)을 적용하여 비공개 기록, 편지와 추억은 보호자와 가족 구성원만 접근할 수 있도록 합니다.
- 비밀번호를 사용하지 않는 이메일 링크 로그인으로 비밀번호 유출 위험을 없앴습니다.
- 빛 보내기 남용 방지에는 IP 주소 원문이 아닌 일방향 해시 값만 저장합니다.
- 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 관리 권한을 운영자 본인으로 최소화하고, 관리 계정을 안전하게 관리합니다.

11. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 서비스 화면에 공지합니다. 수집 항목이나 이용 목적, 제3자 제공·국외 이전 등 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경이 있는 경우에는 시행 30일 전부터 공지하고 회원의 이메일로도 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

This document is a draft and will undergo legal review before it takes effect.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
What you leave in Rainbow Meadow is among a family’s most precious memories. CAPSULE 26 (the “Operator”, also “we”) follows Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related laws, collects only what is needed, and handles it with care. We show no advertising and never sell personal information.
1. Why we process personal information
- Sign-in and accounts: sending email login links, verifying it is you, managing your account.
- The memorial service: storing and displaying dog records, memories, photos of belongings and letters; share links and family co-management; the memory-page download.
- Reminders: sending anniversary reminder emails for the dogs you register.
- Protecting the Service: preventing repeated or automated abuse of “send light”, preventing misuse, handling enquiries and reports.
- Operating the Service: fixing outages, security checks and improvements.
2. What we collect

While the 3D meadow is open, an anonymous, approximate position is shared in real time so visitors can sense one another. It does not identify you, is not stored, and disappears when you close the page.
We do not collect national ID numbers, payment details or other sensitive or unnecessary information. If we introduce paid products, we will add the items needed to this policy and tell you in advance.
3. How long we keep it
- We keep personal information until you delete the record in question or delete your account.
- Deleting your account immediately deletes the account and every record and photo for which you are the Guardian. Copies in system backups are deleted automatically within 7 days.
- Light records are deleted together with the dog record they belong to.
- If a law requires us to keep certain information (for example, transaction records under Korean e-commerce law once paid products exist), we will keep it separately for the period that law requires.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide or sell personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law or requested by investigative authorities following legal procedures.
If you set a dog record to Public or Link only, it is shown to others because you chose so. Letters and memories are visible only to the Guardian and invited family members, whatever the record’s visibility.
5. Processors and international transfers
To run the Service we entrust processing to the companies below. In doing so, personal information is transferred abroad or handled by overseas companies. Because this is necessary to perform our agreement with you, we disclose it here as permitted by Article 28-8 of PIPA.

- When and how: transmitted as you use the Service, over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Recipients’ privacy contacts: Supabase [contact to be confirmed], Vercel [contact to be confirmed], Resend [contact to be confirmed]
- How to refuse and the effect: this processing is essential to the Service, so if you do not want it you may choose not to sign up, or delete your account. You will then be unable to use the Service.
Through our agreements with these processors we make sure they handle personal information only for the entrusted purpose and keep it secure. If processors or their tasks change, we will update this policy.
6. How we destroy personal information
- When you delete a record or your account, the related information and photo files are deleted without delay.
- Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; backup copies are removed automatically on the backup cycle (up to 7 days).
- We do not keep personal information on paper.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
- You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent.
- Most of this you can do yourself in the Service: edit or delete dog records, memories and letters at any time; download a memory page to see your records; and delete your account to erase everything.
- For anything else, or to stop anniversary reminders, email [contact email]. After verifying your identity we will act without delay, and within 10 days at the latest, and let you know the outcome.
- You may also exercise your rights through a legal representative or someone you authorise; we may ask for proof of authority.
- People under 14 may not create an account. If we learn we have collected personal information from someone under 14, we will delete it without delay.
8. Cookies and browser storage
- We use your browser’s localStorage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember display preferences. We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
- You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings; you may then be signed out or lose your preferences.
9. How we keep information safe
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Stored data is encrypted at rest on our processors’ infrastructure.
- Database access rules (row-level security) ensure private records, letters and memories can be accessed only by the Guardian and family members.
- Passwordless email-link sign-in removes the risk of password leaks.
- To prevent abuse of “send light” we store only a one-way hash, never the raw IP address.
- Administrative access to personal information is limited to the Operator, and admin accounts are kept secure.

11. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Significant changes affecting your rights, such as new items collected, new purposes, or new third-party disclosures or transfers abroad, will be announced at least 30 days in advance and also sent by email.
